Ibufuliiru: Ibufuliiru is the birthplace of the Bafuliiru or Filiiru people. This place is located in Uvira, South Kivu, the Democratic Republic of Congo. The inhabitants of the Ibufuliiru are the Bafuliiru or Fuliiru people. But many other people from Congo live in this place. The language mostly spoken in the is Kifuliiru. Kifuliiru is the language spoken by the Bafuliiru or Fuliiru people. Ibufuliiru or Tumenye Ibufuliiru is a project with a website under the same name Ibufuliiru created by Ayivugwe Kabemba Mukome. This man is native of Ibufuliiru. After searching the keyword word Ibufuliiru in Google, he found out that the result was that this word was not recognized. That’s when he knew that he had to act. Then he created Ibufuliiru. This is the parent of all other of his projects in the Kifuliiru language.
